The Office of General Services (OGS) had an open house at the Schenectady State Armory located on Washington Ave. on Friday afternoon. Prospective buyers took a tour of the facilities escorted by OGS Real Estate Specialists. Opening bids for the Nov.17th auction of the building will start at $500,000.00.
