Tom Vincent, owner of The Vineyard Wines and Spirits on Hamburg Street in Schenectady holds up a new product he is carrying in his store Thursday. The product name is Lucid, which is a liquor known as absinthe, that has not been legal to sell in the Unites States in 95 years, until now.
