William R. Apholz, 34, of Lewis Road, was sentenced by Saratoga County Court Judge James A. Murphy III to 1 2/3 to 5 years in state prison.

Apholz, who has a prior felony DWI conviction, was arrested last June 21 in Saratoga Springs.
