Saratoga code 'inforcement' postcards bogus

News flash: The floral postcards offering “GREATINGS” from the Saratoga Springs “code inforcement” department were not mailed out by the city. City police are investigating a complaint from a resident of the Geyser Crest neighborhood who received the stamped postcard at her home recently.
