A Schenectady man faces prison time after admitting to driving drunk, the Albany County District Attorney’s Office said. Brian Lillard, 43, pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of felony driving while intoxicated. He admitted to driving drunk July 21 at the intersection of Henry Johnson Boulevard and Livingston Avenue. He was pulled over for driving without headlights.
