Colonie man gets year in jail on DWI plea

A Colonie man was sentenced Wednesday to a year in jail for driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, the Albany County District Attorney’s Office said. James F. Cullen, 36, pleaded guilty earlier to the felony DWI count. He was arrested Dec. 18 after a traffic stop on Route 5 in Colonie for an unsafe lane change.
