Small school football preview: Holy Trinity have high expectations

Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons tight end/ linebacker Brendan Maloney was joking with Catholic Central linemen Tim Buell and Adam Dahl following a recent practice when the conversation turned to a game between the two private schools at the end of the 2012 season.
It’s the last game the Crusaders won.
“Back then, I didn’t know them. Two years ago, all I wanted to do was beat them,” said Maloney. “Now we’re on the same team. I consider us family.”
