A Courtyard by Marriott is coming to Schenectady, paving the way for development at the former Alco site — now called Mohawk Harbor — where a second hotel is also on tap. What has the DEC said about dredging and widening the Mohawk? I've seen no mention of their input or comments on any of this development. And what measures are being proposed to safeguard flodding upstream once the retainer wall is built?
