Schenectady teen accused of armed robbery

A city man robbed another person at gunpoint early Tuesday morning, police said. Tevin Hines, 19, of Jay Street, faces one count of second-degree robbery, a felony. He is accused of displaying a handgun and taking cash and a cellphone from the victim just after 3:30 a.m. on Strong Street, according to papers filed in court.
