Long Island man faces drug charges in Cobleskill

A Long Island man was arrested on drug charges Tuesday in Cobleskill, village police announced. Harrison C. Laporta, 20, of Centerport turned himself in at mid-afternoon. He faces two counts of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a class E felony. He was arraigned in Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is to return to court July 8.
