Thunderstorms, hail, expected in Capital Region today

The Albany and Schenectady area is bracing for thunderstorms and a threat of hail Tuesday afternoon. There is a chance of thunderstorms along with strong, gusty winds and hail starting around 2 p.m. throughout the Capital Region, according to the National Weather Service.
