A Mayfield man faces a felony drunken-driving charge after a traffic stop Monday. State police in Mayfield said John Stephens, 57, was stopped on Route 29 in the town of Broadalbin for having a headlight out. After troopers detected an odor of alcohol on his breath, they said they administered standard field sobriety tests, which he failed.
