Albany man admits to having child porn

An Albany man pleaded guilty Thursday to a child pornography charge that could land him in prison for the next five to 20 years. Paul Scrom, 63, also faces a fine of up to $250,000, lifetime supervision after release and mandatory registration as a sex offender.
