A man who fell off the back of a slow-moving 18-wheeler Wednesday evening was sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Amsterdam police said. Officer Robert Caputo said the incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. at the corner of East Main Street and Vrooman Avenue.
