Voters in all but one local school district have given their approval to 2014-15 budget proposals. A majority of voters in the Northville Central School District actually did approve a $10.56 million budget. But the 225-179 tally came up five votes shy of the 60 percent supermajority needed because the 3.8 percent tax levy increase surpassed the state-imposed tax cap.
