Saratoga Springs DPW worker sues city, claims gender discrimination

A Saratoga Springs Department of Public Works employee is suing the city and public works commissioner, alleging she is the victim of gender discrimination. Betty French, a working supervisor in the department, filed the suit last week in U.S. District Court in Albany. She is seeking an undisclosed sum.
