Arrests made in two unrelated Schenectady drug cases
SCHENECTADY Two men face felony and misdemeanor charges in unrelated Schenectady drug cases, authorities said.
Robert W. Legister, 39, address unavailable, faces two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, along with misdemeanor drug possession and resisting arrest charges.
He is accused of possessing the cocaine Saturday on McClellan Street, according to papers filed by the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Department.
In the second case, Keene Manmohan, age and address unavailable, faces one count of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.
Manmohan is accused of selling more than 25 grams of marijuana Feb. 10 in Schenectady, according to papers filed by the Sheriff’s Department.
