Second arrest in Schenectady burglary and assault

A second woman has been charged in an April break-in and assault on Manhattan Street, authorities said. Cecilia L. Rivera-Sanchez, 24, of Livingston Ave., was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery and first-degree assault, all felonies. Rivera-Sanchez is accused of breaking into the residence April 24 with Kymberlee F. Davis, 29, of Second Street.
