Schenectady council accepts audit favorable to city

If permissible, the police department should invest some funds working with Ellis MH unit, the YMCA, and the Community Services Council to form a rational compassionate 'Strike Force' to engage the folks loitering and malingering around the Y. This would make the area more safe and attractive.
