Man allegedly flees traffic stop, hides in bedroom

A man allegedly driving without a license fled when police stopped his car but ultimately was found inside his locked bedroom, authorities said. The incident began just after 12:30 a.m. Monday at the corner of Dewitt Street and Ten Eyck Avenue, when officers pulled over Kevin Toolsinauth, 20, of 1039 Lakeview Ave. As Officer Adam Willetts was standing at the driver’s side window, Toolsinauth pulled away and fled, according to papers filed in court.
