The gaping hole at the corner of Union and Barrett streets has been a blight on the landscape since developer Chris Maddalone created it a few years ago. Thank you for bringing this issue to the tax payers attention. However please note that Chris Maddalone is only 50% owner the other 50% owner is a practicing attorney in Albany Charles Rosenstein esq. And it also should be note the city wants to condemn the building, absolutely no support only criticism from the city. I refer to Mr. Schillger I believe informing me the reason for needing a temporary wall in basement was my own fault , I had an article put in the paper. Hopefully this does get resolved quickly.
