In alleged Saratoga burglary, man smears sour cream

A man broke into a real estate office after-hours and smeared sour cream on the walls, Saratoga Springs police said. Albany police arrested William John Gallinari, 43, of Albany, on charges of burglary, a felony, and criminal tampering, a misdemeanor.
