Police: Woman vandalized ex’s home

A Delanson woman broke into her ex-boyfriend’s residence in March and damaged items by pouring cooking oil on them, authorities said. Chelsea Lockrow, 23, faces one count of second-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, felonies. She is accused of breaking into the Glenwood Boulevard apartment March 15 and causing more than $1,300 worth of damage by pouring cooking oil on items belonging to her ex-boyfriend and another resident there, according to papers.
