Woman accused of assault, theft
SCHENECTADY A city woman broke into a residence in April and assaulted the resident with a knife over a phone worth $400, authorities said.
Kymberlee F. Davis, 29, of Second Street, was charged Monday with first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary, all felonies.
She is accused of breaking into the Manhattan Street apartment April 24 and attacking the resident, inflicting knife wounds to her chest and hands that required surgery, according to papers filed in court. She is accused of then taking a Samsung Galaxy cellphone from the victim.
