Woman accused of assault, theft

A city woman broke into a residence in April and assaulted the resident with a knife over a phone worth $400, authorities said. Kymberlee F. Davis, 29, of Second Street, was charged Monday with first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary, all felonies.
