Saratoga County arrests 12 sex offenders, says they didn't register

Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies announced they have taken a dozen registered sex offenders into custody for allegedly not registering their addresses. Starting in early January, Deputy Austin Brooks has conducted investigations into registry-related crimes and made a dozen arrests. Those arrested were charged with failing to register an address change as a sex offender. They are: Leonard J.
