— A Schenectady woman took nearly $10,000 in unemployment benefits she wasn’t entitled to, authorities said.

Tammy L. Robinson, 41, faces one count each of third-degree grand larceny, first-degree offering a false instrument and first-degree falsifying business records, all felonies.

She allegedly took more than $9,600 in unemployment benefits from August 2011 to April 2012 despite being employed at the time, according to papers filed in court.
