Two men charged with selling drugs in Schenectady

Two local men sold drugs in separate incidents earlier this year, authorities said. Steven J. Herbst Jr., 31, of Hamilton Street, was arrested Monday on two counts each of third-degree criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He is accused of selling heroin Feb. 27 and March 18 in Schenectady, according to papers filed in court. Gerald B.
