Daniel Armbrust, CEO of Sematech, a consortium of computer chip companies based at Albany’s College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, is leaving the company. Ronald Goldblatt, vice president of Technology Strategy and Operations at Sematech, is replacing Armbrust.
