Schenectady man gets 9 years for break-ins

The man accused of burglarizing a series of Northside homes last summer will get nine years in state prison as part of a plea deal reached this week, a prosecutor said. Joshua A. Wise Jr., 23, pleaded guilty to three counts of second-degree burglary, felonies. Wise was arrested last August, accused of breaking into a total of eight homes and trying to break into two others.
