Saratoga Springs man charged with tax fraud

A Saratoga Springs man made more than $23,000 by instructing others to file false tax returns, Warren County Sheriff’s officials said. George H. Garlock IV, 51, of 58 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 1, faces three counts of fourth-degree criminal tax fraud, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and two counts of third-degree grand larceny.
