Schuylerville man admits felony assault in crash that injured passenger

A Saratoga County motorist has admitted a felony charge and may go to prison for a crash that seriously injured his passenger. Police say Morgan Petralia had a blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal threshold of intoxication when he careened around a curve on Route 29 and flipped his vehicle over on the shoulder in November.
