Ex-manager of Johnstown group home allegedly stole from residents

A former manager of two group homes stole $2,700 from resident accounts, Fulton County Sheriff’s officials said. Sarah B. Lathrop, 37, of 327 Route 29, Gloversville, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. She was the manager of two Lexington Center homes, one in Johnstown and one in Mayfield.
