Schenectady man charged with Rotterdam burglary

A Schenectady man has been charged with a Rotterdam break-in, police said. Thomas P. McGinnis, 34, of 103 Elm St., faces one count of second-degree burglary, a felony. He is accused of breaking into a Cramer Avenue home Wednesday afternoon. The homeowner returned home to find a broken window and cash missing, police said.
