Drug suspect returned to Saratoga County, is arraigned

A Brooklyn man who faces felony drug charges was returned to Saratoga County on Thursday after a lengthy multi-agency investigation into cocaine sales. Pedro E. Miranda, 38, faces third-degree counts of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, sheriff’s deputies said.
