Ex-Guilderland Teacher's Association treasurer accused of theft

The former Guilderland Teacher’s Association treasurer has been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $100,000. Brenda S. McClaine, 39, of 37 Armstrong Circle, Altamont, faces one count of second-degree grand larceny, a felony. McClaine is accused of taking the money from August 2012 to October 2013 while acting as the teacher’s association treasurer.
