Schenectady police charge man with drug possession

Alleged drug sales have a city resident facing multiple charges, authorities said. Shannon M. White, 37, of 783 Albany St., was charged Tuesday with four counts each of third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance, felonies. White is accused of possessing and selling crack cocaine three times in October and once in November, all in Schenectady, according to papers filed in court.
