Schenectady man, who previously claimed he was framed, faces drug charges

Drahcir Parson, the man who claimed he was framed by a pair of corrupt Schenectady police officers during the late 1990s, is again facing felony drug charges. The now-40-year-old Schenectady resident was arrested by state police on the Northway and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance after troopers allegedly found crack, powder cocaine, heroin and marijuana in the vehicle. Barnett,Siler and Hamilton were a highly effective team of police officers who were getting the drugs and the dealers off the streets so what happens? They open a federal witch hunt and arrested these cops. Well we can see the results of that today with Police afraid to be proactive and drugs and violence running rampant in Schenectady. SPD has a very difficult job to do and they do it extremely well with what they have every day of the week.
