AMRI acquires pharma firm

Albany Molecular Research Inc. has acquired a Wisconsin pharmaceutical company in a deal valued at $41 million. Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals in Grafton, Wis., is a contract developer that manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients for customers.
