Four charged with drunken driving in Clifton Park

— State police in Clifton Park made four separate drunken driving arrests in just the past week, according to a news release issued today.

The arrests began Tuesday, when an Onondaga County woman — Kelly Breed, 47, of Fabius — was pulled over for making an illegal turn on Route 146. She was charged with DWI. Three other arrests occurred Saturday, according to the release.

John Fagan, 26, of Watervliet, was stopped on the Northway for a traffic infraction and charged with DWI. Michael Knizek, 28, of Rexford, was involved in a property damage accident on the Northway in Halfmoon and charged with a DWI. Irvin Ackerman, 35, of Cohoes, fell asleep in a rest area just north of Exit 9 and was charged with DWAI.
