— A city woman faces charges for allegedly pulling a downtown restaurant’s fire alarm without an emergency, authorities said.

Megan M. Carpenter, 25, of 10 Queens Drive, was charged early Wednesday with one count of second-degree falsely reporting an incident, a felony.

Carpenter is accused of pulling the fire alarm at Zen, a restaurant at 469 State St., just before 12:30 a.m., according to papers filed in court.
