NY trout season starts soon; licenses sold online

There's still ice on many of upstate New York's streams and rivers, but trout fishing season is just around the corner. April 1 is opening day for trout and salmon fishing. Gov. Andrew Cuomo says residents of the state can purchase and print a fishing license from their computers by visiting http://licensecenter.ny.gov.
