Construction on Patroon Island Bridge to start in April

Construction is set to begin on the $146 million rehabilitation project of Patroon Island Bridge, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday. Work on the six-lane bridge will begin in April with two lanes in each direction closed at night while the bridge deck is being replaced. Lanes will be open in the morning and evening.
