Waterford-Halfmoon names finalists to be new superintendent

There are two finalists for the open position of superintendent of the Waterford-Halfmoon Union Free School District, district officials said. They are Daniel Packard, principal of the New Haven Elementary School in Mexico, Oswego County, and Patrick Pomerville, principal of the Queensbury Elementary School in Queensbury.
