Greenfield woman gets four years in prison for running meth lab

One of the women accused of running a methamphetamine lab in a Greenfield mobile home was sentenced in Saratoga County Court Friday to spend four years in state prison. Megan A. Howell, 28, of North Creek Mobile Village, was sentenced by County Court Judge Jerry J. Scarano after pleading guilty in January to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
