NY college students charged over dog's beer photo

BROCKPORT, N.Y. — Authorities say two students at a New York state college have been charged with animal abuse after a dog was held upside down over a keg and forced to drink beer. I hope they get more than a damn slap on the wrist. It's long overdue that authorities start to take these things seriously. Hope they have a smart judge - make them work at a shelter for the remainder of the school year every weekend, leaving little time for partying.
