Alleged Saratoga Springs unemployment scammer arraigned

Saratoga County Sheriff's investigators arrested a city man Monday on charges that he got thousands of dollars of unemployment benefits that he wasn't entitled to receive. Nicholas Pandori was charged with one count of third-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned in city court and ordered held in Saratoga County Jail without bail.
