Kosiur can’t serve two masters — city and county Schenectady City Council members who voted to appoint Ed Kosiur to the vacant council seat have done a disservice to city residents [Feb. 25 Gazette]. Mr. Kosiur is a county employee making $85,000. As a city councilman, he will be making $14,000.
