Guilty plea entered in car chase shooting case

The man accused of firing the fatal shot that ended a wild November car chase through the Mont Pleasant neighborhood admitted to the killing in court this morning. Nicholas Khan, 20, of Schenectady, pleaded guilty in Schenectady County Court to one count of second-degree murder. In return for his plea, Khan is to receive 20 years to life in state prison.
