Gloversville Enlarged School District's assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction was placed on administrative leave after being arrested in Colonie Sunday night on methamphetamine possession charges. Colonie Police Lt. Robert Winn said Frank Pickus, 57, of Saratoga Springs, was stopped for traffic violations near Starbucks at 549 Troy-Schenectady Rd.
