First of all this is America and this is a PRIVATE company. Secondly how is taking his trademark away going to stop anything? It just allows more people to use it. Finally and most importantly, the name came from the first coach of the Redskins who was an Indian, so if he didn't have a problem and 90% of other Indians don't have a problem then it shouldn't be a problem. Get the overblown government out of our business. Political correctness is out of control.
